💰Where the Fees Go?💰

Fact is, every #DEX charges commission, but what makes a difference is — where those fees go. Are they filling the pockets of the upper management or benefiting all ecosystem participants? With #ADA Finance its very clear! Let’s go through our transparent fees policy!

💱Swap Fees

There is a 0.3% fee for swapping tokens and 0.05% fee for stablecoin or major pairs. These fees are split by liquidity providers, proportional to their contribution to liquidity reserves within the liquidity pool.

💸Staking Fees

We prior spoke of staking rewards. These are allocated every second and are free to be claimed or compounded. However, as users benefits from staking, we also want to have the incentives available as long as possible, if not forever. For that reason we include fees to refill the incentives pool, as well as to provide for your affiliate tree.

💲Staking Fees: 0.75%

💲Deposit fee 0.5%

Staking fees are distributed quarterly as follows:

👛Farming Fees

By providing liquidity to pools on ADAFi Swap, participants earn liquidity points (LP). These liquidity points determine the stake of the fees generated.

While the token swapper pays the 0.3% fee to trade on ADAFi Swap, the liquidity provider earns for providing that liquidity. The larger the LP stake, the larger the share of trading fees earned (e.g. if you own 10% of the liquidity pool, you receive 10% of the swap fee).
